The Maker Faire is coming to Jacksonville!

The inaugural Jacksonville Mini Maker Faire will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at the Museum of Science & History from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We’re seeking makers of all ages including individuals, groups, schools, non-profit organizations and commercial businesses. Exhibits that are interactive or highlight the process of making things are especially desired.

Jacksonville Mini Maker Faire will feature Makers of all types exhibiting their work in disciplines ranging from Robotics, Electronics and 3D Printing to Wearable Tech, Textiles and woodworking.

Are you an innovative Maker or a creative Do-It-Yourselfer? The first step is to complete our online application to exhibit your work at the Jacksonville Mini Maker Faire! Participation as a Non-Commercial Maker is free.

As you prepare to apply for the Call for Makers, here are some helpful tips to keep in mind:

  • Be descriptive as possible about your project
  • Think about what your exhibit space will require to run
  • Provide good photos or video content, if available
  • Ask questions if you’re not sure about something (contact us)

After reviewing the applications, our team will get back in touch with you about whether you’ve been selected to participate.

The deadline for application is midnight February 28, 2018.
